Burgeoning Minds LLC was founded by Raychelle Burwell, M.Ed, MHC in 2025 who has been practicing as a Service Coordinator for 7+ years in NYC. Originally born and raised in Boston, Ma, Raychelle has provided service coordination services for all children at  varying levels of development. We offer service coordination services privately as well as through New York State publicly funded Early Intervention program. We service the counties of Kings, Queens, Manhattan & Bronx.
